Data / View Tables
Introduction
Clicking on the Data / View Tables menu displays the View Tables page.
This page displays point data in a tabular format.

Select Point(s)
A single point or multiple points can be queried.

Point(s) | Select the point(s) to display from the pick list. As points are selected, a comma separated list is displayed in the dropdown. Clicking the ![]() ![]() |
Select Display Time and Interval
Select the product type and time period to query.

Data Label | Description |

Starting Time | Select the starting time for the data edit time period. Click ![]() |
Ending Time | Select the ending time for the data display. Select Current checkbox to continuously update the ending time to the next even 15 minutes past the current time. |
Product Type | Select Show Data Reports to display all data reports between the starting and ending time. Select Perform statistical analysis to perform analysis - this enables the Display Interval and the Select Data Analysis section. |
Display Interval | Select the time interval for the data display. |
Select Data Analysis
Select the data analysis to perform on the data. This is not displayed when Product Type is set to Show Data Reports.

Data Label | Description |

Data Analysis | Select the data analysis for the data display. See the data analysis appendix for a description of the analysis types. |
Analysis Interval | The Rainfall Intensity data analysis requires an analysis interval. |
Display Options

Data Label | Description |

Show Ratings | Select one or more ratings (Rating 1 - Rating 5) to display in this multiple pick list. (only enabled when Product type is set to Show data reports) |
Show Rating Flags | Select true to display rating flags as well as the rating data values. |
Display Only | Select the display data restrictions: All data: All data, valid or questioned Valid data: Data reports with a valid flag. A valid flag is automatically set by the system when data checking criteria is met. Verified data: Data reports with a verified flag. A verified flag is set by an operator using the data editor to certify that the data is valid. Maintenance data: Data reports with a maintenance flag. A maintenance flag is manually set by an operator to indicate test data not used for public viewing. The maintenance flag is also set when a point of station is out of service or when the data report received has the test flag set. |
Display digits | Select a number of decimal digits to override the default. |
Raw digits | Select a number of decimal digits to override the default. |
Layout | Select whether the data should be display in a single table or multiple tables. If a single table is selected, data is collated into one table, meaning that on column for time/date is used and the table cells will be empty is no data is available for every time/date combination. |
Tabular Data Display
Clicking the button displays the data in tabular form.
If no data is available, the Results section displays a message such as, "No data reports available for the above settings."
